Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy statement (the “Privacy Policy”) explains our privacy practices for our users who have subscribed to Oxperience (the “Service”) and use our website, www.oxperience.com (the “Site”), for its technology services provided.

1. Oxperience.com’s Commitment to Privacy.  We respect your right to privacy.  Your ability to make informed choices about the uses of your information is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains our policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and protection of personal information.  The terms of this Privacy Policy apply to information collected from you.

2. Acceptance.  This Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms of Service Agreement with oxperience.com users.  By using the Oxperience Site and its services, you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.  This Privacy Policy only addresses activities from our servers.  Other sites, including those that we link to and third party sites or services, have their own privacy policies, over which we have no control or authority, and those policies are not addressed or controlled by this Privacy Policy.

3. Personal Information Defined.  Personal information (“Personal Information”) is information that identifies an individual or is directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card number, or information about activities which can be directly linked to that person, such as his or her service requests.

Our definition of Personal Information does not include "aggregate" information. Aggregate information is data we collect about a group or category of products, services or users, from which individual identities have been removed. In other words, information about how you use the Service may be collected and combined with information about how others use the same Service, but no Personal Information will be included in the resulting aggregate data.  Aggregate data helps us understand trends and users' needs so that we can better serve our subscribers.

4. Collection of Personal Information.  We collect the personal information that you provide to us, such as when you: (a) register for the Oxperience Service; (b) make a request or place an order through our Site; (c) contact us for any reason, such as by replying to inquiries through our Site or social-media platforms; or (d) telephone us through customer service.

In addition, generally we automatically collect some information when you visit our Site, such as your computer's network address and operating system, the site from which you linked to us, and the time and date of your visit, your requests, and your purchases. This information may be collected through the use of "cookies".  We use up to 256-bit encryption technology at the Site for transaction security.

DigiDwell, LLC, owns and operates Oxperience.com, and is the company that collects Personal Information on our Site.  Our e-mail address for customer service is:  support@oxperience.com.

5. Our Use of Personal Information.  The personal information we collect is generally used to process your requests or transactions, provide you with high-quality service, collect payment of your regular subscriber’s fees, and for internal monitoring.

Please note that if you provide any information on your own directly to parties who provide service to our Site or any other sites you encounter on the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the Personal Information you disclose to them.  We encourage you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing information to third parties.

6. Sharing Personal Information.  We do not sell, rent, or disclose personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except in the limited circumstances described below:

a. We may provide to a third party the information that is necessary to fulfill a request or order you have placed with us, such as, for example, qualifying a residential address, setting up an appointment for installation or subscribing to our high-speed internet plan.

b. We may contract with others to perform tasks or services on our behalf. For example, we might retain a company to process credit card payments, to email information about special offers, or to analyze data. If any of our contractors need access to your personal information, we require that they promise to use the information only to perform the tasks we have engaged them to perform. We also require that they maintain the confidentiality of the information.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users but that information contains no Personal Information.

In addition, we may use or disclose Personal Information in the good faith belief that we are lawfully authorized to do so, or that doing so is reasonably necessary to protect you or comply with legal process or legal authorities to respond to any claims, or to protect the rights, property or personal safety of Oxperience.com, our users, our employees or the public.

7. Protection of Personal and Credit Card Information.  We have adopted security measures in an effort to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse or alteration while it is under our control.  We use technical, contractual, administrative and physical measures in an effort to protect against unauthorized access.  Personal Information we collect is stored electronically and may be combined with other information.

Further, when you enter personal information online, that information is encrypted using a security protocol called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which encrypts all information prior to transmitting it over the Internet.  We also use SSL to allow you to securely view your online account and registration information.

8. Cookies.  Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser.

9. Passwords.  Online account information is accessible only by using a password.  To protect the confidentiality of Personal Information in your online account, you must keep your password confidential.  You are responsible for all uses of the Service and access to your account at www.oxperience.com by anyone using your password.  If others have access to your computer or e-mail, they may be able to find your password and obtain information about you.  You should not use an email account operated by an employer because many employers have the legal right to view your e-mail or online accounts.

10. Children.  Individuals under eighteen (18) years of age are not eligible to subscribe to or use our site and we insist that no one under eighteen (18) submit or attempt to submit any Personal Information or use the Service.
